Academic Violations
Violations include — but are not limited to:
- Plagiarism: presenting the work or ideas of others as one's own without attribution.
- Cheating: in examinations, assignments, or projects by any means.
- Fabrication: inventing or falsifying research data or results.
- Contract cheating: submitting work done by another person, or produced with unauthorised tools, as one's own.
Procedures
Violations are referred to the competent committees in accordance with the regulations in force issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. Sanctions range from a warning to grade cancellation or dismissal, depending on severity.
Detection Tools
The college uses approved plagiarism-detection tools to screen theses, dissertations, and research papers prior to approval.
